The company provides the following possibilities for the payment of orders:

Debit / Credit Card

To pay for an order using a credit or debit card, the card number, expiration date, holder name and three-digit security number (CVV / CVC / CVV2) are required.

The company in no case retains bank card details. In case the customer chooses to pay for the order using a credit or debit card, then he is automatically transferred to a secure online environment under the responsibility of Piraeus Bank where he enters his card details.

A.1. Credit card installments

There is the possibility of paying for an order in installments exclusively using a Visa or Mastercard credit card and provided that the amount of the order exceeds € 60.00. Installments are calculated based on the online price of the product and the number of installments is based on the value of the order, as follows:

– For orders worth from € 60.00 to € 299.99, the possibility of payment is provided with up to three (3) interest-free installments.

– For orders worth € 300.00 and over, the possibility of payment is provided with up to six (6) interest-free installments.

The issuance of receipts or invoices that will be paid using a credit or debit card will necessarily be done in the details of the cardholder. Otherwise the completion – sending of the order will not be possible.

A.2. Credit card payment terms

In case the customer chooses to pay for his order using a credit card, he must comply with the following terms:

– Be present upon receipt of the order and bear a police ID. It is not allowed to receive the order from a third party.

– In case of placing an order on behalf of a company, the payment must be made with a corporate credit card with the name of the recipient.

Bank depositIt is possible to pay for an order by direct bank deposit in the following bank account maintained by the company:

The bank commission and the transfer costs are borne exclusively by the depositor. In this case, the order will be executed after the company becomes aware of the deposit.

For the best service, the customer with the realization of the deposit, should send to the company via e-mail to the address: info@e-dermitzakis.gr, the proof of deposit with his name and order number. The deposit of money must be completed within three working days from the completion of the order. Otherwise the order will be canceled automatically.

Charges outside Greece

Expenses for the purchase and transfer of products and their transfer abroad must be paid in advance by credit card, or a remittance must have been deposited in our e-shop account.

Shipments to destinations outside the Greek territory, regardless of the value of the order, are charged with shipping costs according to the current price list of the cooperating transport company or courier and depend on the weight of the parcel and the country of destination.
